I’ve always been curious and find myself drawn to people, places and crafts.
This is where I archive my findings, the parts of the world that almost feel like little secrets.
I believe that beauty exists beyond the obvious, and the most meaningful things require curiosity, beyond the tourist traps that everyone photographs and hotels/restaurants everyone recommends.
True discovery requires a willingness to look further. Looking at not just the destination, but how it makes is us feel.

Love the idea of your own private atlas! Had a little internal crisis when starting my travel journal because I felt it was already discovered and written about.. but you have a very positive outlook on finding new places!
This is so cool!! I'm looking forward to your adventures and I'm following along. As for my favorite, by far the beach. I live about 3 minutes from Lake Huron and there's nothing that makes me happier than going and listening to the waves or reading a book. Thanks for sharing!
